About Us

High-PerformanceCoaching

A program designed to provide all the tools necessary for athletes to be successful at the next level. Starting lightly with the U11 level and ramping up all the way to U18 and Junior A levels, this complete structure will give an advantage to any participating athlete.

ElitePrograms

Our Elite Programs are open to all skaters and goaltenders, who are serious about trying out or playing for elite teams (AAA, Junior A, USports). These programs are intended to squeeze out every little detail that could bring an advantage over their competition.

Individual VideoAnalysis

Our video sessions are available for AAA players dedicated to reaching their full potential as hockey players. We review their personal game film and help them improve their positioning, play selection, etc. These sessions can be done remotely or in person depending on the player's location during the winter.

The individual video sessions were a big help because, within a team context, the coach doesn’t always have the time to help each player individually.

I really enjoyed the individual video reviews. It allowed me to improve part of my game that I didn’t even know needed improvement and also perfect other small details.

What I liked the most about the Spring Camp was that you had to be intense and disciplined at all times. I feel this is how you can really improve.
