Cancellations by Participants
As per the registration waiver form, cancellations received by Paul Leclerc High-Performance Hockey Coaching Inc., in writing, for each registered athlete:
- in excess of 2 weeks in advance of the camp or clinic start date: a refund will be issued. (If paid by visa, the refund will be of the registration fee minus the administration fee.)
- in excess of 1 week in advance of the camp or clinic start date: a refund will be issued, subject to a $25 cancellation fee. (If paid by visa, the refund will be of the registration fee minus the administration fee and the cancellation fee.)
- less than 1 week in advance of the camp or clinic start date: a refund will be issued, subject to a $50 cancellation fee. (If paid by visa, the refund will be of the registration fee minus the administration fee and the cancellation fee.)
- within 48 hours of the camp or clinic start date: no refund will be issued.
Cancellations by PLHCHP due to COVID-19 restrictions
In the event PLHCHP has to cancel all or part of a program due to COVID-19 restrictions or suspected COVID-19 outbreak, PLHCHP will provide all families with a pro-rated refund based on the number of sessions cancelled. (If paid by visa, the adminstration fee will be deducted from the amount of the refund)
Please note that there are no fees to transfer programs and credits are offered for cancelled registrations without any deductions.
