Our only off-ice summer camp. Beginning June 27th, each participant will receive a weekly document with instructions and video links to demonstrate the agility exercises to do at home. Participation videos will need to be uploaded weekly to our private Facebook group. Also, there will be two face-to-face competitions with prizes for the winners of each category.
For whom : All players from U9 to Junior A
Where : At home (with 2 competitions at the CEPSC)
