PREPARATION FOR MINOR HOCKEY COMPETITIVE “A” SELECTION CAMP
This camp is a short three-day camp to prepare players for the competitive level selection process of the local minor hockey association. The three on-ice sessions will be held during the week prior to the selection camp weekend in October. Battle drills, conditioning drills, and basic skills will be at the forefront during this camp. All exercises will be to facilitate a competitive mentality just in time for the “big” weekend. Tips for the right attitude to optimize performance during this stressful week will also be provided.
This camp is for ALL players (boys and girls) who were born in 2010 and 2011 inclusively and want to try out for their minor hockey A team. The three 60-minute on-ice sessions will be held during the October 10th week at a cost of $125 per player/goalie.
