This camp has 3 on-ice sessions, 1 session on the soccer field, and 1 information session for parents. During this information session, we will introduce the upcoming high-performance journey their hockey player will need to take on to reach the summit of hockey. The concepts of long-term development, the multi-sport approach, and perseverance will also be discussed.
